These terms apply to the GW Modular virtual assistant available on this website. They are provided under the DBM Global AI Assistant Policy and are read together with the DBM Global Privacy Policy.

GW Modular Virtual Assistant – AI‑powered tool, not a live representative.
Information provided in this chat is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, quote, or contract. Pricing, delivery dates, and other commercial or contractual terms must be confirmed in writing by an authorized GW Modular representative. The assistant is trained on GW Modular’s approved sales and product materials but cannot access or update pricing, inventory, or customer records.
Please do not share sensitive personal information in this chat (for example, payment card or bank details, Social Security numbers, health information, or login credentials). Your conversation may be logged and used to respond to your inquiry, monitor system performance, and improve our products and services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between information provided in this chat and the terms of a written agreement between you and GW Modular, the written agreement will govern. Nothing in this chat creates any warranty, guarantee, or other binding obligation beyond those expressly set out in such written agreement and in any terms and conditions accepted in writing by an authorized GW Modular representative. The assistant may generate information that is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and you should not rely on it as the sole source of information for making commercial, technical, legal, or other critical decisions.
How the assistant is configured
The assistant answers from a curated, static set of approved GW Modular product and sales materials. It is configured so that it will not:
- Quote or confirm binding prices, discounts, or pricing estimates of any kind.
- Guarantee or commit to delivery dates, lead times, schedules, or capacity.
- Offer, negotiate, or confirm contract terms, or produce anything resembling a proposal, offer, or quote.
- State or imply that any conversation or interaction with the assistant creates a binding contract, warranty, guarantee, or other obligation on behalf of GW Modular.
- Accept, agree to, or approve any terms and conditions, purchase orders, or specifications on behalf of GW Modular.
- Provide project-specific engineering, technical recommendations, module counts, or engineering conclusions.
- Provide legal, financial, tax, human resources, employment, or other professional advice.
- Answer employment, hiring, or HR questions. Those go through the contact form on this site instead.
- Represent itself as a live human being.
Requests for a proposal, a quote, or a commitment are handed to a person. An authorized GW Modular representative confirms pricing, dates, and terms in writing.
Data handling
The assistant has no ability to write to, alter, or delete any GW Modular or DBM Global system, database, or record. It has no access to pricing tables, inventory, or customer data.
Conversations may be logged so that GW Modular can respond to inquiries, monitor system performance and accuracy, and improve products and services, as described in the Privacy Policy. Conversation records are retained no longer than twelve (12) months from the date of collection unless a longer period is required by law or legal hold, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.
If you contact us through the assistant and provide your details, that information is used to respond to your inquiry and is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
